We lost two of our cats last weekend (one to cancer and one to pancreatitis from diabetes). The staff met us on a Saturday at a time that worked best for us and then met us again when we lost our second furbaby. They were so professional and so kind. The place is run exactly like a funeral home. We received our babies back very quickly with beautiful urns, engraved necklaces for the urns, paw prints and fur placed in a small bottle for keepsakes. Knowing that our kitties were cared for so well, even in death, brought us a tremendous amount of comfort and peace. I couldn’t recommend them more. They are truly wonderful.

Good Shepherd made one of the worst days of our lives a bit easier to get through. Our precious girl Tori died suddenly at 325 in the morning, and I called them as soon as they opened on a Saturday. They came within 90 minutes and handled her with respect and care. When I went to pick up her remains, I was pleasantly surprised not only by what we received, her ashes in a lovely box, her paw impression and more, but how lovingly the cemetery was maintained, and the animals had flowers at their headstone.

I can't say enough about the services I received for my Pippa Middleton. I really never expected or experienced the service I received from Ms. April Yow. In my opinion, she went far and beyond her responsibility for Miss Pippa Middleton and I. She came by my home and picked up my baby and then after Good Sheppard Services, she returned Pippa to me in a beautiful wooden box with Pippa's name on a plaque. I was provided grief information and a lock of Pippa's hair in a tightly sealed container. I keep her remains on my computer desk all of the time so I can remember the wonderful times we shared for 16 years. I don't just recommend Good Sheppard, I highly recommend their services. The Good Shepherd helped me to say my final good-bye in a way that gave me peace and a sense of pride. I have peace knowing I was able to honor Snuggles by having her cremated. Good Shepard’s transition Ambassador April is amazing!!! When we lost our beloved Service Dog Hero, it felt like our world was crashing down around us. April was a God sent as she helped to settle our anxiety, grief, and pain and guided us through the process of honoring our beloved companion, Hero. We had no idea what we were doing but she took the time to patiently and respectfully receive our Hero through a dignified transfer. Through Good Shepard’s services we were able to honor Hero’s life of service and remember the companion that brought us so much joy. There services are absolutely affordable and befitting these four-legged family members that love us as God does, completely and unconditionally. I just lost my baby girl of 17 years. April was great and took such care in everything. She was very prompt in getting my baby’s ashes back to me & even fit me into her schedule so I could get them ASAP, which was very comforting. I will treasure the special added touches of the lock of hair & paw print. I would recommend the picture frame with a casting of all 4 paw prints & name, with a place to put a picture on the other side. It was also comforting that it was a private cremation. I will never forget the care Good Shepherd took in the whole process.

The folks at Good Shepherd did an amazing job taking good care of my baby. Sugar was 13 and my world. When I took her to drop her off the gentleman met me outside and as I went to pick up Sugar, he stopped me and said he would get her for me. Once we got inside, he asked me if I wanted to spend more time with her. He allowed me to sit with her as long as I needed. I appreciated it so much. He treated her like she was a baby. He was very helpful with the form and showed me different urns. I dropped her off on Saturday morning and I got a phone call from April Monday morning. She was very nice and very helpful. She even texted me pictures of different urns and such. They called within a couple days and told me "My baby was ready to come home". When I went to pick her up, she sat me in a room and brought Sugar out to me. The box is beautiful, and her paw prints are amazing. I can't say enough good things about the Good Shepherd. They took excellent care of my Sophie when she passed, and we're so understanding with me during one of the hardest times of my life. I didn't have to wait long at all to get her ashes back and they even made a paw print and gave me some of her fur, so I will always have an actual piece of her with me. It's very unfortunate when the time comes to say goodbye to our best friend, but they make the process a little easier with their compassion and attention to detail. I recommend them whole heartedly.

Good Shepherd was so good to myself and my sweet Trudy. I had to reach out to them on a weekend and after regular business hours. Trudy had spent the day at the emergency clinic but it became clear I would need their services. They were at the clinic waiting when I had to say goodbye to my girl and took care of everything from then on. Its a sad time but the staff at Good Shepherd make it easier to deal with your loss by taking care of the details. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

April was very kind, when I was falling apart. My baby’s ashes were delivered quickly in a beautiful box, with his name engraved on it. They also sent a lock of his hair, along with other items. We now have to unfortunately had to call good Shepherd 2 times due to our pugs passing. About a year ago we lost our 13yr old pug Dillian and the staff at Good Shepherd made the process a bit easier and treated us and our fur baby with respect and dignity. So when we lost out 14 yr old pug Ms Daisy this week there was no question who to call. Again the process and the dignity shown was amazing. Thank you for all your staff does.

Emily Boles went out of her way to make sure that our Sly Cooperette was able to come home. She cremated her, took prints of her paws and gave us a copy of her death certificate. If it was not for her and Good Shepherd out baby would never have come home
